Absolutely gorgeous to look, touch, and sit in. Everything great apart from one assembly screw that was a bit of a pain. Otherwise…excellent thank you.

The product, Eames Chair and Ottoman, is really of very good quality. I have an old original one and unable to feel see differences. Came in 2 carton, very well packed. Easy assembling. But all in all a good choice.

The whole process has been a really great experience. Delivery on time and good updates during the whole supply chain. I had a question about materials that I did mail to support (as I wanted to know how to maintain the chairs) and they came back very rapidly with good advise in a nice tone. Chrome parts especially looks so beautiful.
