Lead Times

Our items are typically made-to-order with estimated Lead Times of roughly 10 – 14 weeks excluding final courier delivery.  The time required for courier delivery is in addition and will depend on your location. You can refer to the Lead Time tab on individual products for the item’s delivery information and expected time of arrival to our Ireland warehouse.

When your item(s) arrive in our warehouse we will contact you directly to check your delivery details and organise courier delivery. A weekly storage charge  will apply to items that are not dispatched for final courier delivery or collection within 7 days receipt into our warehouse

Delivery

To ensure the lowest possible delivery costs we use a mix of couriers that offer delivery to all over Europe

The basket and every product page has a Delivery Calculator. By entering your delivery postcode you can calculate in advance the delivery charges that will be added at the Checkout page.

Please contact us in advance if you require an assisted delivery service (additional charges will apply).

Storage charges will apply to items that are not despatched for final courier delivery or collection within 7 days of receipt into our warehouse. These are charged on a weekly, per pallet or part thereof, basis.

Do you offer a Wholesale Discount ?

As a guide, as our prices are already ‘wholesale’ or better, still you can contact us and share details about your order size and frequency of orders. We will do our best to accomodate you and will offer discounted prices.

Do you charge VAT ?

Yes, VAT is charged on all items and prices are VAT inclusive.

Your Tax Invoice will include the VAT component of your order and our full business and EORI details.

Promotional Discount Codes

If you have a promotional discount code, please enter it into the Coupon Code box on the Basket page. This box is located on the right hand side of the page, above the Proceed To Checkout button.

Unless otherwise stated, please note that individual promotional coupons are for single use only, per customer, and are not to be used in conjunction with other promotions or coupons.

Can I pick up my purchased items (Click + Collect) ?

Items can be picked up from our Ireland warehouse located in Dublin. We will contact you with all relevant information when your items have arrived and are ready for collection, though please note that the warehouse is open Monday – Friday only. After the initial grace period, a small handling fee of 10 will be charged on a weekly basis.

Pricing ?

Our pricing structure is very competitive, almost all our items are priced at a wholesale level and may vary without notice. Sometimes, We offer sales at different times of year.

-Our prices do fluctuate in-line with movements of the Euro and so can change on a regular basis.

If you have purchased an item and the website price subsequently changes while you are awaiting delivery, you will pay only the original price at the time of your purchase.

Warranties

Warranties

Warranty periods vary though most products come with a 2, 3  Year Warranty. The Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

Faulty items will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In the event of a major fault, the item(s) can be refunded. Warranties do not cover or protect against wear and tear, inappropriate item use, misuse or abuse.

Products purchased for commercial use come with a blanket 6 Month Warranty.

Products

Where are your products made ?

All products are made in China.

We get asked this a lot and there seems to be a vague stigma that suggests Chinese produced goods are inferior. Not only is this wrong, it’s outrightly crazy! There are good and awful products made everywhere though Chinese produced goods are typically of an exceptional quality and in the consumer goods industries are regarded as superior to goods made in Bali, India or South America.

At Stylo Furniture, we deal with close to a dozen Chinese Manufacturers, all of whom have been in business for over 15 years, have market capitalisations of over $4M USD and supply many of the world’s leading furniture retailers..

Delivery

Which countries do we deliver to ?

We deliver to most European countries, please fill in your delivery address on check out to determine the cost, if you have any other questions please contact us via Live Chat, Telephone or Email our staff are always happy to answer any questions if you can not find the answer here.

Do you ship outside Europe ?

No. Items can only be delivered to an European country address only.

Bulky Items

Please note that we are a furniture company who uses external couriers. European couriers are not removalists and as such are not required to unpack cartons, assemble products or remove packaging. 

Our standard delivery service is a ‘kerbside’ delivery service, meaning that the driver is not obliged to assist with bringing the item(s) inside your property (you may request).

For bulky or heavy items, you must have 2 or more able-bodied persons at your delivery address to receive your goods.

Returns

Returns and Refunds

We all change our minds. All purchased items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. All the items can be returned for a 100% refund excluding shipping charges. Return shipping to our Dublin warehouse is to be paid by the customer. Please ensure that the returned item(s) are in the same condition they were delivered in. 

The return policy is:

 

You must notify us of your intention to return an item(s) within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and organise prompt return of the item(s) to our warehouse;

The item(s) must be returned to us in new and unused condition;

The item(s) must be completely re-packaged to its original wrapped & packaged state ready for re-sale;

All tags and labels must be in their original position and ‘unremoved’;

The item(s) must be complete with any and all instructions or assembly tools;

All returned items are inspected to ensure the above (please allow 3 days);

Upon successful inspection, you will be refunded the purchase price within 5 working days.

Door-to-door delivery charges are non-refundable.

Can I Exchange an item ?

We do not offer an exchange of purchased goods facility per se. Rather, you will need to:

Return / cancel the unwanted item; and

Place a new order for the desired item.

Payment

Online Security

Online security is vital and you should never disclose your personal or financial details without due diligence. We use a premium grade 128-bit SSL Encrypted Certificate developed and supported by global leader GoDaddy.com. We use Stripe and Paypal, some of the leading online payment providers for all credit and debit card transactions.

Payment Methods

Payment is at time of order placement. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and Stripe.

Our items are priced at a wholesale level or better and in order to keep them as low as possible, we do not offer financing payment options.

Are my Personal Details kept Private ?

Yes. Your personal and payment details are private and will not be shared with third parties.
